Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for defective and non-defective products within 7 days of delivery.
2. Product Condition
- Only new, unopened items in their original packaging are eligible.
- Products must show no signs of use, damage, or tampering.
3. Return Process
- Initiate Returns: Contact us at kollectbeauty@gmail.com within 7 days to request a return authorization.
- Return Method: Ship items to the address we provide via mail at your expense.
- Return Label: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
- Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
- Refund Amount: Full original purchase price (excluding return shipping costs).
- Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

退貨及退款政策

我們接受 7天內 送達的 瑕疵或非瑕疵商品 退貨或換貨。
2. 商品狀態
- 僅接受 未拆封、未使用 且保留原始包裝的商品。
- 商品不得有損壞、使用痕跡或人為改動。
3. 退貨流程
- 申請退貨：請於7天內透過 kollectbeauty@gmail.com 聯繫我們取得退貨授權。
- 退貨方式：自行郵寄至指定地址，運費由顧客承擔。
- 退貨標籤：退貨運費由顧客自理。
4. 退款流程
- 處理時間：收到退貨後，將於 30天內 完成退款。
- 退款金額：全額退回原始金額（不含退貨運費）。
- 退款方式：退回至原始付款方式。
5. 換貨
換貨需視商品庫存情況，請聯繫我們確認。
6. 瑕疵商品
經確認後，瑕疵商品將全額退款（含退貨運費）。
